easy access to parks and local attractions for city strolls
We were truly delighted with our stay, especially enjoying the lovely park views at Brinton Park, which is only a 15-minute walk away, and the charming Military Wireless Museum just around the corner made for an easy and enjoyable afternoon visit. the room was lovely, very clean, and comfortable, which added to our overall experience.

Request a room with a stairlift for easier access. it significantly helped with mobility issues during our stay.

The room was a bit small and had this weird vibe, definitely not what the photos promised. It was clean, but the decor felt tired. The air conditioning was noisy, and the TV was tiny with a poor signal. Plus, the bathroom had some issues with a loose sink and a weird plug situation. The lighting was tricky—either too dim or just the lamps. Just felt more dingy than cozy, you know?

the hotel was really nice n comfy. the staff were super friendly n helped us out with everything we needed. love the breakfast, it had lots of choices and was delish. the room was spacious with a comfy bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. location was great, lots of things to do nearby.
but the lift situation was a hassle since there’s no lift and we had to climb a lot of stairs. also, the air conditioning made some noise at night, which was kinda annoying.

Perfect for a quick escape
The staff were all very helpful and really went out of their way to make us feel welcomed,,, especially when it came to breakfast,, offering a wide range of options that were tastefully prepared. We had a cozy room with a nice little desk area that turned out to be perfect for my late-night work sessions.
It was a bit pricey,, but from what we experienced, it was still fair for the service provided.

the staff were super friendly and really helpful, made us feel welcome from the start. the room was clean and comfy, and i loved the little tea and coffee setup. dinner was yum and had lots of options. breakfast had a great selection too, loved the full english. location is close to fun stuff like the safari park, which was awesome.
the pillows sucked and were way too soft for my liking. also, the hotel felt a bit worn out and could use a fresh coat of paint.

Comfy Stay with Exceptional Service
I had a great experience during my stay. The room was spacious and very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day out. Breakfast offered a fantastic selection, including freshly made pastries that I absolutely loved. the lack of a lift made it a bit challenging when carrying luggage up the stairs.

A lift would greatly improve accessibility.
